About Us

We are specialist in English crystal chandeliers from the 18th and 19th centuries, manufacturing reproductions of the finest designs and restoring some of the countries greatest antique collections.

Established in 1947 by Reginald Wilkinson, the company is still a family business with Reginald’s grandson David Wilkinson owning the business. With over 70 years experience and generations worth of knowledge we can ensure the highest quality and standards producing work for customers globally.

Wilkinson’s are very proud to hold the Royal Warrant By Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen as Glass Restorers as well as owning the remnants of the Osler and Faraday lighting company, including the name and manufacturing rights to Osler & Faraday Ltd.

About Us     About Us

In our portfolio we have a variety of chandeliers, wall lights and lanterns that we have produced or restored – any of these can be recreated and adapted to your specifications, whether you would like more or less arms and lights, different dressings or cuttings or even a different shade of glass. If you are looking for something that is available to purchase straight away, take a look at our stock items. Adaptations including wiring to international standards or recolouring of metalwork can be offered. With all our pieces we can arrange packing, shipping, cleaning and installation and we will always endeavour to recommend the correct chains, ceiling plates or light bulbs to compliment the period of your lighting and its surroundings.
